A working handbook, swipe file, and execution playbook — built so any Syntax+Motion team member can come up to speed in five days, then turn what Russell taught into our own AI-learning + Digital Likeness revenue plays. Not a teardown. A blueprint we run.
Each chapter links to the full Brunson recording in this same folder. Open it in your player of choice; the chapter has timestamp jump-points for the moments that matter.
Each chapter is a structured analysis: big idea, frameworks (in Russell's exact terminology), best verbatim lines for our swipe file, marketing moves, homework, offer mechanics, and our own Syntax+Motion application.
Russell assigned homework every night. Each chapter has a checklist re-cast for our team — work through it before moving on. The goal is muscle memory, not just recall.
Russell calls this event the "AI Secrets Challenge", run April 27 – May 1, 2026, with 23,000+ registrants. Each day was 90 minutes – 4 hours live, taught by Russell with Todd Dickerson on Day 4. Below are our chaptered analyses; they cover what was taught, how it was sold, and how we adapt it.
"Poop brownies" — why most people fail with AI. Russell unveils his three-component shortcut: swipe files + attractive character voice + creative-director extraction. Sets up MarketingSecrets.ai and the Chief of Staff architecture.
Day 2 · April 28The selling day. ~87 minutes of teaching the Seven Figure AI Shortcut, then a permission-framed offer reveal: $42K stack, $2,997 investment, $10K disappearing Two Comma Club shadow seat. The textbook stack-and-close.
Day 3 · April 29"Information is dead. So is software. The magic is in the blend." Multiple front-end VSLs, Soap Opera Sequences, Daily Seinfeld emails (the 11 types), the AI Dan Kennedy demo. The day Russell shows live what AI marketing now looks like.
Day 4 · April 30Todd Dickerson takes the stage and walks attendees through actually building software with Lovable, Overskill, and Claude Code. Apps generated live in 10–21 minutes. The identity shift from "course creator" to "software developer."
Day 5 · May 1Five concrete weekend plays to make $3,000: the Consulting Audit, Custom Software Solutions, the Email Magic Trick, the Dream 100, and the Attractive Character Mega Package. Then the closing pitch with two-stage scarcity (midnight, then Monday midnight).
Bonus · Day 6+A 5–10 day curriculum that walks a new team member from zero to executing on this strategy in our voice, with our tools, on our offer. Brunson's framing, our application.
Categorized hooks, subject lines, urgency stacks, P.S. tactics, opening loops, and offer-stack patterns — pulled verbatim from the 13 promotional/replay emails and from the workshop transcripts. Each entry annotated with why it works and how we'd use it.
ExecutionStep-by-step blueprint to run our own 5-day virtual event in ClickFunnels: registration funnel, indoctrination sequence, daily content arc, replay logic, urgency stack, offer reveal, and post-event follow-up. Every Brunson move mapped to our stack.
StrategyTranslates the 5-day teachings into specific revenue plays for AI-powered learning + Digital Likeness. Each opportunity scored by audience, offer structure, ClickFunnels assets needed, projected effort, and projected return.
We use the same ClickFunnels stack Russell uses. We have the same AI capability he has. We sit in the AI-learning space, where he sits in the marketing-education space. Same playbook, different vertical.
What we don't have, yet, is his repetition. He has shipped this 5-day event format dozens of times. The structure — the "5,000 in the room" energy, the disappearing bonus, the soap-opera email sequence, the offer-as-funded-by-side-hustle reframe — is reusable. We aren't trying to copy his content. We're trying to internalize his operating system and run it on our own offers.
This handbook is the first install of that operating system on our team.
All raw assets live in the project folder — videos, original promotional emails, our own transcripts, and the Day-by-day analysis markdown. The team can open any of these directly:
